The forms on this page will give you the details of the Traverus Travel Compensation Plan. I was in YTB before I switched. In short before you view the Traverus plan here is why. I have 20 of successful sales experience. I was able to recruit others with a $500.00 price point. What I found in my recruiting is that many people working at home are not sales professionals so they were not able to duplicate my success.
To Maximize the YTB compensation plan you have to have constant recruiting for your income to continue and you will need to so you can replace others that drop out who realize they cannot recruit consistently..so your income slows down..quickly. Then you see you have low residuals of $2.00 per month.
The reason many are making the change to the Traverus model is because of the duplication and compensation you get with a $169.00 CTA price point vs $500 RTA. Plus you find out quickly your making 5x more money residually as Traverus starts it residuals at $5 per person and goes up to $15-$20 per person

Why I switched
Dear Pastor Brewer,
I joined YTB in March 2007 and worked the industry from Mar till 28 Dec 07. I made Powerteam Leader in the first 4 days but couldn't find people to duplicate my 6 people matrix. I had 6 people in my first team who couldn't do anything. 5 of them never made a check.
On 28 Dec 07 I decided to make the change from YTB to Traverus Travel, In 47 hours I built a team of 54 people with 11 Regioanl Executives and Promoting myself to National Executive for Traverus Travel in Germany.
